The Halloween special "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" will be streaming for free for two days. Here's when and how to watch it.
Halloween is just two weeks away, which means it's prime time to rewatch the "Charlie Brown" special celebrating the holiday.
This weekend, Apple TV is allowing fans to do just that – for free.
The streaming service, which owns the rights to the "Peanuts" specials catalog, is making "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" available to watch free for two days ahead of Halloween.
This year is also a momentous one for the Halloween special; it marks its 60th anniversary, according to Apple TV. After first premiering on television in 1966, "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" aired annually for decades before moving over to the streaming service.
Here's what to know about streaming the Halloween special for free.

Similarly, two other "Charlie Brown" holiday specials will have free streaming days in the coming months. "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" will be free to watch on Nov. 14 and 15, and "A Charlie Brown Christmas" will be free on Dec. 12 and 13.
How to watch 'It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown'
"It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown," and the other "Peanuts" specials, are only available to watch on Apple TV.
Although the specials were longtime seasonal cable staples, Apple got the exclusive streaming rights for them in 2020. The streamer announced last year that the partnership would extend through 2030.
A subscription for Apple TV is $14.99 per month, though the platform offers bundling plans as well. It also has a seven-day free trial.
