Perhaps the most memorable line from the hit television series "Heated Rivalry" can soon be a reality for fans. The remote, picturesque "cottage" – actually a three-bedroom, three-bath lakeside getaway – featured in the Season 1 finale of "Heated Rivalry" will soon be available for booking on Airbnb.
Airbnb announced on Tuesday, Feb. 24 that the Barlochan cottage in Ontario, Canada, will be available starting in March. The home, where the bulk of the season finale was filmed, is a part of Airbnb's Luze Vacation Rentals program, which sets aside upscale, private getaways for travelers. Once on the market, the cottage will be available for $248.10 CAD ($181.01 USD) per night.
"Heated Rivalry" took the entertainment industry by storm late 2025. Based on the "Game Changers" book series by author Rachel Reid, the television show follows two hockey players, Shane Hollander (Hudson Williams) and Ilya Rozanov (Connor Storrie), who must balance their professional rivalry with romantic feelings for one another.

The cottage featured in "Heated Rivalry" is located on Walker's Point on the west shore of Lake Muskoka in Torrance, Ontario, Canada, just shy of 120 miles north of Toronto. The rental house is about a 30-minute drive from the Muskoka Airport and 1.5 hours from the Toronto Pearson International Airport.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom rental home includes an open-concept kitchen, dining room table fit for eight, a gas fireplace in the living room, recreational room with three theatre chairs, and an exercise room with two machines, free weights and a murphy bed for overflow sleeping, according to the Airbnb listing. All three bedrooms include queen-size beds. Up to three vehicles can park at the house and pets are permitted.
Sat on Lake Muskoka, the rental also includes a fire pit, private dock, three kayaks and two canoes. The cottage does not have air conditioning but does come with a generator, according to the listing.
Only up to six people can stay at the cottage per one stay, the listing states.
