Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders director Kelli Finglass and her husband, Joel Finglass, have been married for 30 years and counting.
While certain details about their relationship haven't been shared — as most of Kelli's public interviews and appearances focus on the DCC stars and the Netflix series America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders — she has given glimpses of her life with Joel via social media.
Over the years, Kelli has also been vocal on and off the screen about how much she values Joel and their children.
"So grateful our family and foundation is still together," Kelli wrote in a December 2022 Instagram post. "God blessed me, and the right people guided me."

Like his wife, Joel has had experience working for the Dallas Cowboys.
He was previously part of the team's business operations, according to his daughter, Samantha Finglass McKean, who shared the detail in a Texas A&M University 2019 profile.
Joel has also been involved in youth sports where he and Kelli live in Coppell, Texas. In a Facebook post from 2024, Joel shared a photo of himself with the Coppell Lacrosse Association's team.
"Consider me the president of the State Champion Coach Joel fan club," Samantha captioned an Instagram photo of her father and his ring in November 2021.
He and Kelli married in 1996
While Kelli and Joel haven't revealed how and when they met, the couple married on May 25, 1996.
In May 2025, Joel shared a Facebook post featuring a photo of himself smiling out the top of a car, with a windswept Kelli behind him.
Kelli has also previously shared pictures of their wedding day.

Kelli and Joel share two adult children, daughter Samantha and son Ryan Finglass.
One year after Kelli and Joel wed, they welcomed Samantha in 1997.
While she didn't pursue a career in dance and put on the signature DCC white cowboy boots like her mom, Samantha works in the sports world.
She's currently the chief brand architect for the Colonial Country Club, per her LinkedIn profile. Samantha also runs her own bachelorette Etsy business called FinMcKean Designs.
During the 1998 holiday season, Kelli and Joel celebrated the arrival of their second child, Ryan. According to his LinkedIn, he is a financial advisor at Beavers Wealth Management of Raymond James.
