Taylor Swift announced a new original song for the upcoming Toy Story movie.

On Monday, June 1, a countdown appeared on the pop megastar's official website, featuring Jessie from the film dancing on a roof and a billboard identical to the ones that have been popping up in multiple cities, featuring only the letters “TS” alongside 13 fluffy white clouds. The countdown teased that there would be news to come at 2 p.m. EST.

In an Instagram post, Swift, 36, revealed the track — titled "I Knew It, I Knew You" — was on the way.

"It's a Toy Story 🤠," she began the caption. "You knew it! My new original song 'I Knew It, I Knew You' for Disney and @pixar's @toystory 5 will be yours on June 5th. I've always dreamed of getting to write for these characters who I've adored since I was a 5 year old kid watching the first Toy Story movie."

Swift continued: "I fell instantly in love with Toy Story 5 when I was lucky enough to see it in its early stages, and I wrote this song as soon as I got home from the screening. Sometimes you just know, right? You can pre-order now exclusively on my site and catch Toy Story 5 in theaters June 19th ☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️."

Alongside the caption, she shared an image of herself lying on the grass and surrounded by tulips while staring directly at the camera, in addition to photos teasing Toy Story 5.

Each jewel case features a double-sided collectible cover with unique artwork from Toy Story 5 and Taylor Swift.

Days prior to Swift's announcement, fans suspected her involvement in the latest Toy Story installment after Pixar put up billboards in cities including Chicago, Los Angeles, London and more.

Pixar also shared an Instagram video featuring Jessie's character dancing in front of one of the billboards teasing the upcoming film.

“She's making those moves up as she goes,” the caption read, referencing a lyric in Swift's 2014 hit “Shake It Off.”

In late April, Swifties noticed that a countdown featuring the familiar yellow Toy Story font, sky blue background and white clouds appeared on the "Fortnight" hitmaker's website.

On May 30, fans saw a new animation appear when they searched for “Taylor Swift” on TikTok, resulting in Toy Story-style clouds floating across the screen.

On Apple Music, Spotify and other streaming platforms, the seagulls featured in the background of the 14-time Grammy winner's 1989 (Taylor's Version)album cover were curiously replaced by clouds.

In addition to news of Swift's involvement in Toy Story 5, Disney recently revealed that Bad Bunny (born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) will have a voice cameo in the film as the voice of Pizza with Sunglasses.

Toy Story 5 is due in theaters on June 19, which is also the anniversary of the release of Swift's debut single, “Tim McGraw.”
