Paris Jackson is prioritizing her health.
The 28-year-old singer got an ultrasound on her neck after fans raised concerns about her appearance on a recent Instagram post.
“Getting an ultrasound to check out my lymphs since y’all pointed out how weird my neck looked on my last post,” she captioned a video shared on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, May 16.

A few hours later, Paris said in a follow-up video, “A bunch of people pointed out that my neck looks f---ing weird in the last video that I posted. So I’m, like, freaking out. Like, ‘Oh, that is weird, crazy.’ I have someone come to my rehearsal studio and do an ultrasound on my throat."
The “Bandaid” singer said she recently had blood work done, and everything was normal. “I think my neck just does weird s--- when I talk,” she said, adding that she watched a previous video of herself and her neck appeared the same.
“I think this is just my neck, and y'all are freaking me out, thinking there's something wrong," she said.
Paris explained that she has been rehearsing for her upcoming performance at the 2026 BottleRock Napa Valley in Napa, Calif., and the public concerns about her health worried her. "I'm like, 'Is my voice gonna be okay?' I think my throat's weird."

In a second update video, Paris said she has “the slightest amount of redness on my vocal cords, but there's no calluses.”

“The reason my neck looks as weird as it does is just because I have exercised those muscles from singing for so long, and that just happens with singers. It's just more obvious in me because I am skinny,” she said.
The daughter of Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe will debut her latest music project, “Teenage Drama," on Friday, May 22. She released her first studio album, Wilted, in 2022.

Paris previously opened up about her sobriety from alcohol and heroin in an Instagram post in January.
"getting sober ain’t always the indication that life is perfect," she wrote in the caption. “a few years in it all got very very hard. for what felt like an eternity. and i didn’t have the same survival skills i was used to having to cope. i had to learn to live life on life's terms."
She continued, "treatment resistant major depressive disorder is a bitch. so is CPSTD. and OCD."
Paris spoke about her past drug use on TikTok in November 2025 and revealed that she has a perforated septum.

“I have a really loud whistle when I breathe through my nose,” the actress and model said. “And that is because I have what is called a perforated septum,” she explained, showing the small hole in her septum and adding that it was “slightly different from a deviated septum.”
“That is from what you think it's from,” Paris added. “Don’t do drugs, kids.”
