The 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will take place in Los Angeles on October 18, 2026.

On the runway will be many experienced VS models like Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, and Gigi Hadid.

Models Romee Strijd and Frida Aasen recently opened up about being rejected from this year’s show.

In a matter of days, the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will bring together some of the world’s most talented models and have them strut their stuff at the iconic, lingerie-clad runway show.

But before the show goes live on October 18, 2026, in Los Angeles, California, there’s already plenty of buzz about who will be walking down the runway. After all, while the show will see plenty of veteran models return to the catwalk, like Candice Swanepoel and Adriana Lima, a few models have spoken out about being rejected from the show.

Most recently, Dutch modelRomee Strijd, who walked the show five times from 2014 to 2018, opened up about not being selected for the 2026 show. “I thought I was gonna know soon after [the audition] if I was gonna do the show or not, but I didn’t hear anything for weeks. And I think I was on some sort of ‘maybe’ list,” Strijd explained in a TikTok.

In the next video on TikTok, she broke the news that she won’t be in this year’s show. “I don’t feel supported by my agency. I don’t feel like I have the straight story,” she said between tears. “If it’s a closed chapter, I just would love to know. And now they kept me in the dark, like, not knowing for so long, that I got a lot of mental stress from it.” According to Strijd, as she waited for an answer, she continued training for the show. “With kids around and my life now, it’s a bit harder to find the time,” she said. “I’ve put a lot of time and energy towards it.”

In the comment section, fellow former Victoria’s Secret model Frida Aasen, who walked the show twice in 2017 and 2018, also shared her experience. “I’m so sad you didn’t get it! I also went to the casting, and it was a no,” she wrote. “It sucks, but sending you lots of love.”

Below, check out all the models who are confirmed for the show, from Elsa Hosk’s recent confirmation to this year’s first confirmed debut so far.
