Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen keep a low profile, but they always show up for family.

The twin sisters attended the May wedding of their brother, Trent, to his wife, Alexis, and posed for photos alongside the bride and groom. In a picture shared to Instagram by Alexis on Thursday, Mary-Kate and Ashley stood next to their new sister-in-law and dad, Dave Olsen, in their signature long black gowns.

The family photo also featured Ashley’s husband, Louis Eisner, sister Elizabeth Olsen and her husband, Robbie Arnett, as well as their half-siblings, Courtney and Jake, whom Dave shares with his wife, McKenzie.

Dave and his first wife, Jarnette Olsen, welcomed Trent, 42, Mary-Kate and Ashley, 40, and Elizabeth, 37, before divorcing in 1995.

Mary-Kate and Ashley became household names while starring as Michelle Tanner on *Full House* from 1987 to 1995. They went on to become preteen sensations with their empire of movies, including *Double, Double, Toil and Trouble* (1993), *It Takes Two* (1995), *Passport to Paris* (1999), *Holiday in the Sun* (2001), and *New York Minute* (2004). The twins also appeared on TV series like *The Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley* and *Two of a Kind*, and secured lucrative brand deals.

Ashley retired from acting in 2004, while Mary-Kate continued acting until 2012, after which they focused on fashion. Starting in the 2000s, they launched their own couture fashion label, The Row, as well as lines including Elizabeth & James, Olsenboye, and StyleMint. Known for sporting big sunglasses and many layers, their boho chic style has led to immense success despite the girls just wanting to make "something out of ourselves."

"We had just moved to New York. We were 18 years old and I think what we did know was that we wanted to take that time to take a break from what we were previously doing and to explore things that interested us, and explore what life has to offer..." Ashley told *i-D* of the brand in 2021, before Mary-Kate finished her sentence, saying, "Creatively."

For Mary-Kate and Ashley, luxury is "something that makes your life easier."

"The idea that you could buy something off the rack, put it on your body and it already feels like a part of your wardrobe, that's luxury," Mary-Kate explained to* i-D*. "You don't even have to think about it."

Although Mary-Kate and Ashley stepped back from the spotlight, their sister Elizabeth has thrived in the entertainment business with her portrayal of Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and as Candy Montgomery in the 2023 miniseries *Love & Death*, for which she earned a Golden Globe nomination.

When asked by *The Times of London* last year if her twin siblings ever gave her any acting advice, Elizabeth insisted, "No. We're just a supportive family. It feels irrelevant to talk about it after 15 years of working."

Elizabeth is currently pregnant with her and Arnett's first baby.
