Jason Kelce questioned brother Travis Kelce over whether his wife Taylor Swift had ever made a Halloween song during the Oct. 14 episode of their podcast New Heights
Travis said Swift has not released an overt Halloween song despite giving off spooky vibes with certain songs
Swift’s Folklore album’s woods-themed cover and Eras Tour staging helped inspire the discussion
Jason Kelce has some thoughts about his sister-in-law Taylor Swift’s spookiest era.
The 38-year-old retired NFL star was musing on popular Halloween songs during the Wednesday, Oct. 14, episode of his and brother Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast.
After discussing hit songs like “Thriller,” “Monster Mash” and the theme song to “Ghostbusters,” Jason then attempted to tap into his newest family member’s catalogue.
“Has Taylor ever made a Halloween song?” Jason asked. “Has she ever ventured into the scary territory, Travis?”
“I don’t believe so, Jason,” Swift’s husband, 37, replied.
Despite the pop star, 36, not having an overt Halloween song, her brother-in-law believes she still gave off some spooky vibes during her Folklore era.

“Folklore was kind of like her kind of in the woods,” he said.

The podcast’s producer Brandon Borders, fondly known as “Intern Brandon,” agreed, calling the album “very Fall coded.”
Jason isn’t off the mark as Swift’s Folklore album cover features a black-and-white image of the singer standing in the woods with tall trees surrounding her.
And during Swift’s Folklore set on her record-setting Eras tour, the singer opted for a spooky forest backdrop, complete with a login cabin set and a moss-covered piano.
She’d also had a witchy-looking performance of her song “Willow” wearing a velvet cloak and dancing with a glowing orb on the stage.

And Swift isn’t a stranger to spooky vibes. Her newly released chart topper, “Patient Zero,” came with a cinematic, chilling music video inspired by the classic thriller, Rebecca.
And while she doesn’t have an overt Halloween song, Swift did release the Christmas track, “Christmas Tree Farm” in 2019 and her popular song “New Years Day” was released on her 2017 Reputation album.
