To solve the case in the present, Bergerac must dig deep into the past as he uncovers evidence of a satanic cabal that goes right to the heart of Jersey society.

UKTV said the second series, which launched in April was watched by an average of 1.3m viewers* across its 6-episode run, making it the second highest-rating series on U&DRAMA and across the UKTV network of 2026 so far.

Tricia Warwick, chief executive of Visit Jersey, said the series had "driven a real, measurable shift in visitor consideration for Jersey, and a third series only strengthens that trajectory".

She said statistics showed one in four visitors to the island had watched series one, and new data revealed "Bergerac viewers are three times more likely to consider visiting in the future".
