The incident occurred at 8:08 p.m. ET in Naples, Fla., according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. TMZ was the first to report the news. Zecca is the son of Francie Chapman, whom Duane married in 2021 after his wife Beth died in 2019 after a battle with cancer.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office told * *on Monday morning that an investigation is ongoing and that no arrests have been made in the "tragic incident."

Chapman starred on the A&E reality show *Dog the Bounty Hunter *for nine seasons from 2004 to 2012. Chapman and his late wife Beth then led the spin-off series, *Dog and Beth: On the Hunt*, for three seasons, as well as a special, *Dog and Beth: Fight of Their Lives*. In 2019, Chapman launched another spin-off series on WGN, *Dog's Most Wanted*.

He married Francie Frane in 2021, becoming a stepdad to her two sons, including Gregory. Chapman is also a father to 13 children from six different partners.**
