Danny Bonaduce is recounting an interaction he had with Michael Jackson when the two attended school together
In a new interview, the former child actor recalled that he first met Jackson "on the Columbia lot" when both were filming different projects
Later, the two attended Cal Prep together
Danny Bonaduce is recounting what it was like going to school with Michael Jackson.
Speaking on the Thursday, May 28 episode of Pop Culture Retro!, Bonaduce, 66, recalled that he and Jackson first met "on the Columbia lot" when both were filming different projects.
But years later, the two crossed paths again when they were attending the same school ("Cal Prep," Bonaduce said) as young working entertainers.

While at Cal Prep, Bonaduce said, "I see Michael again, and you know, he was a pretty big star at that point. Not what he would become, but he's a pretty big star."
"And I just kind of held back a little. I said, 'Nice to see you again,' " he added. "I don't know what he said, but one day he's walking to the office, and I was walking probably out of the office because I was in trouble for something. And he's walking by, and I look at him, I said, 'You know, Michael, I've known you forever. How come you never speak?' "

Bonaduce continued: "And he said, 'Because I'm in constant remembrance of God.' And I said, 'Well, that's cool, but what about chicks?' "
"'Hey, what about chicks?' Boom. Gone. Just gone like a ninja," he added.
Bonaduce added the two later reunited once more when Jackson invited him and his kids to his home.
Bonaduce shot to fame as a child star thanks to The Partridge Family, later leaving acting for a career in radio.
Jackson, meanwhile, rose to fame in 1966 when he joined his brothers' pop band, The Jackson 5. In 1971, he launched his solo career at the age of 13 and dominated the music charts over the next two decades, releasing albums such as Off The Wall, Bad and Thriller, which remains the best-selling music album of all time.
Jackson died in 2009 at the age of 50.
