Elijah Blue Allman, the son of Cher, has reportedly been arrested for a second time in three days following a break-in at a New Hampshire home.
Allman, 49, was arrested on Sunday, March 1, after a woman called 911 to report someone had broken into her home and she was hiding in a closet, Windsom, New Hampshire, police told CBS News and Fox News. Upon arrival, an officer found the glass door shattered and Allman "seated on the living room couch smoking a cigarette," the outlet reports.
USA TODAY has reached out to the Windsom Police Department for more information. A rep for Allman could not be reached for comment.
The musician claimed that he had permission to break the glass door and come inside the home, though the 911 caller and her husband denied the assertion, police told CBS. The woman added that nothing appeared to be missing.

He was charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and breach of bail, per CBS. Sunday's arrest comes after another incident on Friday, Feb. 27, in which he was arrested at a Concord, New Hampshire, boarding school, local police confirmed to People magazine and ABC affiliate WMUR.
Per WMUR, authorities were alerted after Allman was reported as an "unwanted guest" on St. Paul's School's property. The Deadsy frontman, who has no known association with St. Paul's, was seen in the dining hall and was "causing a disturbance and acting belligerently."
Following his arrest, Allman was charged with two counts of simple assault, criminal trespassing, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct, People and WMUR reported. He was later released on personal recognizance bail, which he apparently breached on Sunday.
Elijah Blue Allman arrest follows Cher's failed conservatorship bid
Allman's arrest comes less than a year after the musician, the sole child of Cher and late Allman Brothers Band singer Gregg Allman, was hospitalized for an apparent drug overdose in California.
Allman, who has a decadeslong history of substance abuse, was admitted to a medical facility after San Bernardino Sheriff's Department deputies responded to a Landers, California, residence regarding a man who was "acting erratically," the department said in a statement to USA TODAY at the time.

When authorities arrived, Allman was being evaluated by medical personnel. Deputies later found drugs inside the home, according to police.
In December 2023, Cher filed a request for a conservatorship for Allman, alleging he suffers from "severe mental health and substance abuse issues." According to court documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the Grammy Award-winning singer claimed that her son was unable to manage his financial assets because of his struggles.
Allman objected to the conservatorship in subsequent court filings, and in September 2024, Cher dropped her bid to be appointed his conservator, according to Rolling Stone.
The outlet also noted Cher's legal team asked LA County Superior Court Judge Jessica A. Uzcategui for the case to be dismissed without prejudice, meaning she could potentially file another petition in the future.
Cher opened up about her relationship with Allman in an October 2023 interview with People magazine, which came a year after Allman's estranged wife, Marieangela King, alleged the singer orchestrated a kidnapping plot involving her son.
"I'm not suffering from any problem that millions of people in the United States aren't," Cher told the outlet, declining to go into detail about the abduction allegation. She said the family matter was related to Allman's longtime addiction issues.
"I'm a mother. This is my job — one way or another, to try to help my children," she added. "You do anything for your children."
