Bunnie Xo is sharing some sex advice.
The Stripped Down author and Dumb Blonde podcast host, 46, who's married to Jelly Roll, opened up about her experience in the bedroom for a new Playboy interview where she answered questions from fans.
One inquiry found a fan wondering how to overcome nerves regarding sex with a romantic partner who's "freakier" than him.
"In my experience, confidence in bed isn’t about being extreme; it’s about being present and honest," responded Bunnie, whose real name is Alisa DeFord.

"You don’t have to match her intensity overnight," she advised the fan. "Ask what she loves, try what feels exciting to you, and say no when something doesn’t."
Bunnie then declared, "Enthusiasm is hotter than performance."

Elsewhere in the interview, she answered a fan's question about how he and his wife haven't been having as much sex since starting to take Ozempic.
"When it comes to sex, slowing down after weight loss and Ozempic can be tricky," said Bunnie. "Big body changes mess with your head and hormones. Add a medication that blunts appetite and it’s not shocking libido dips too. It’s likely an adjustment period, not a permanent shift."
Bunnie's been married to Jelly, whose real name is Jason DeFord, since 2016, and they renewed their vows in 2023. She spoke openly about how the country star's life has changed by his 300-lb. weight loss in an interview with PEOPLE earlier this year around the release of her debut memoir, Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic.

"We’re watching a grown man live his life to the fullest for the first time," she said at the time. "He doesn't have that extra weight on him, and he is literally just the happiest little bumblebee that is just flying through the universe right now, and he's doing everything that he hasn't gotten to do, and he's kicking ass. I can't wait to see how it's going to be in another 10 years, especially now with his newfound freedom."
"He was beautiful before," added Bunnie, "but now I catch myself drooling looking at him; he looks so good!"
