Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid has a few NSFW stories about Travis Kelce — not safe for weddings, that is.
Reid, who coaches Kelce on the NFL team, was asked during a conversation on Kansas City sports radio's 96.5 *The Fan with Fescoe and Dusty* what stories he would tell at a hypothetical wedding between Kelce and girlfriend Taylor Swift.
"Well there are a few I *can't* tell," Reid joked, with a laugh.**
"No, there are a lot of great stories," Reid continued. "He's done so many good things, all the things he's done off the field that people don't know about, just helping people out. He's got a big heart that way. I appreciate that the most."
Speaking of the 14-time Grammy winning singer, Reid made sure to point out that he actually knew Swift before her boyfriend did. "Now listen, I knew her before he knew her," he said on the show. "My family has been a big fan of hers, and we know her father and mother... from the Philadelphia area, Pennsylvania."

Taylor Swift makes sly reference to Travis Kelce's sticky scene with Bad Bunny in 'Happy Gilmore 2' review
"Her dad is a huge football fan, so we hit it off with him," he shared of Scott Swift, adding, "Then she became this famous person, arguably the most famous woman in the world, since probably the Queen passed away."
"She sure handles it the right way and that's the part I appreciate the most," he added of Swift.
Reid, who has coached the Chiefs since 2013, leading them to five Super Bowl appearances and three wins in that time, also demurred on which of Swift's songs is his favorite, but did reveal that he is a proud owner of her 2012 album, *Red* (because of course he is).
Swift and Kelce famously started dating in the summer of 2023, and seemingly first confirmed their romance when Swift started popping up at his NFL games in September of that year. Relentless press and social media coverage ensued as Swift continued to cheer him on and the two continued dating.

Of all of the attention on their relationship, and its impact on his team and the NFL at large, Reid said, "I think it's great. Obviously, women and girls are looking at the game a little bit more. Look at flag football, we're talking about Olympic sports, college sports... Girls are having the opportunity to play the game. They're loving it."**
"Not that it was all tied into [Swift], but she had a big part of that," he continued. "And the NFL has bought into that, too, they've been supporting that. I think it's a beautiful thing all around."
As for the dads, Brads, and Chads who might call Swift a distraction to Kelce's game, the coach shut that down, too. "Like I said, the thing that I appreciate most is how [Swift] handles it and how Trav handles it. They just do it the right way," he said, adding, "And they're not a distraction by any means... Absolutely not, there's no distraction because of how they handle it."
